By accessing or using the My Coloring Book website (mycoloringbook.app) and services (the "Service"), including uploading photos and ordering personalized coloring books, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
My Coloring Book provides a service that allows users to upload personal photographs, which are converted using artificial intelligence (AI) into line art suitable for coloring. We then print these images into a physical coloring book and ship it to you.
AI Generation Disclaimer: The conversion process relies on generative AI technology. Results can vary significantly depending on the quality, lighting, and composition of the uploaded photos. While we strive for high-quality results, the AI may produce artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected interpretations of the image. The Service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that the AI-generated line art will perfectly resemble the original photo or meet every specific expectation.
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any photos you upload or have obtained necessary permissions. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos.
By uploading photos, you grant My Coloring Book a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., processing, converting, printing, and shipping your coloring book). We will not use your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the Service's operation. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized attempts to access other users' data, using the Service to distribute malicious software, or engaging in activities that disrupt the functioning of the Service.
Service Content: The Service itself, including the website design, text, graphics, logos, AI conversion process, and underlying software, are the property of My Coloring Book and protected by intellectual property laws.
Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the physical coloring book delivered to you. Regarding the digital line art generated from your photos, we assign to you any rights we may have in such generated content, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Coloring Book shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
Notice to New Jersey Residents:
If you are a consumer residing in New Jersey, the limitations in this Section 6 are intended to be only as broad as is permitted under the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any portion of this section is held to be invalid under the laws of the State of New Jersey, the invalidity of such portion shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this section.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
