Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that production has not yet begun on your personalized coloring book.

Eligible Refund Situations

We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Damage during shipping: If your coloring book arrives damaged due to shipping issues.
  • Significant misalignment: If there is a substantial difference between what was previewed and what was delivered to you.
  • Production errors: If we made an error during the creation of your personalized coloring book.
  • Order not received: If your order fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • General dissatisfaction with the product (subjective preference).
  • Minor variations in color reproduction due to printing processes.
  • Orders that have been successfully delivered as described.
  • Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.

How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID: Your unique order identification number.
  • Reason for refund: A clear description of the issue.
  • Supporting evidence: Photos of any damage, misalignment, or quality issues (when applicable).
  • Contact information: Your name and email address associated with the order.

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or shipping damage.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
  • The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Return Requirements

In most cases, we do not require you to return the physical product for refund requests related to quality issues or damage. However, we reserve the right to request the return of products in certain circumstances. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
